Since watching the danish kids movie Samson & Sally as a child, sperm whales has had a special place in my heart. I love reading about these beautiful animals and I can recommend Patrick Ness' "And The Ocean Was Our Sky" which inspired me to draw this one.

With the largest brain of any creature known to have lived on Earth, these toothed whales living in the depth of the ocean are just so fascinating to me.
